Dealtime: Six Successful Transactions in Record Time
The past few weeks have been an exciting and intense period for us: within a very short time, we successfully sold six properties across four German cities.
This success once again highlights the importance of having local employees who know their regional markets in detail.
From Berlin to Dresden, Düsseldorf to Munich – our teams have delivered outstanding results, successfully brokering:
- Two commercial buildings
- Three residential buildings
- One mixed-use property
In total, this amounted to an impressive volume of over €19 million.
