Our career model

Young Professional

As a university graduate with a maximum of two years' professional experience, you start with us as a young professional. Right from the outset, you are considered an important part of the team and will be given responsible tasks to take on. As you work on these, you will pick up essential skills and acquire methodological expertise.

Professional

If you already have several years of experience in a real estate company, then start with us as a professional. You will gradually take on more responsibility, working independently on parts of projects and introducing newcomers to their areas of responsibility.

Senior Professional

If you already have extensive experience, you will work with us as a senior professional. You will independently manage mandates from the operations side, be the contact person for important clients and take responsibility for the acquisition of mandates.

Project Manager

As a project manager, you will already have sound experience in handling complex projects and mandates. In doing so, you are both a valued sounding board for our clients and a prudent mentor and professional coach to your colleagues.

Director

You are responsible for turnover and acquisition in your team. In addition, as a manager you are responsible for the development of your area. You will lead a team of several counsellors and be responsible for the further development of your employees within the framework of our annual target agreement process.

Executive Director

As a Director, you will not only lead a team, but also be responsible for developing the market for the division you are in charge of. You will acquire and look after important key accounts and represent the company externally.

Managing Director

As Managing Director, you are a member of the extended Executive Board and bear responsibility for both divisions and specific issues. You will acquire and look after important key accounts, be responsible for turnover in your area and for staff recruitment and development. You will also lead the strategic development and design of your area.

  • Individual qualification

    In addition to perpetually "learning by doing”, we also make it possible for you to gain any further qualifications you need, depending on your role. This includes further and advanced training at external institutions, e.g. as a real estate economist at the Academy for Real Estate Economics (ADI) in Stuttgart, or training at IREBS to become an expert and support to become a chartered surveyor, provided that the respective requirements are met.

  • Collaboration in basic research

    For further standardisation and professionalisation in the real estate industry, we have actively participated in various gif working groups (Gesellschaft für Immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung e. V.) on the subject of office market definitions, market analyses, sustainability and most recently in AK Human Resources (creation of professional profiles). Participating in trade conferences and forums enables us to engage in intensive dialogue within the industry and keep our knowledge up-to-date. So it goes without saying that we have been a supporting member of gif for almost 15 years.
