Senior Transaction Manager (f/m/d) Commercial

Above all, however, we rely on a team of 90 highly qualified specialists with a long company history and special expertise in real estate.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
You will take responsibility in the Stuttgart office for the following tasks:
- Acquire purchase and sale mandates of saleable properties and portfolios
- Regularly arrange acquisition and customer appointments, key customer support
- Value real estate, carry out investment calculations as well as rent, turnover and competition analyses
- Prepare investor-oriented documentation (exposé, information memorandum, data room) and stringent marketing of the properties, report to the client
- Submit offers, carry out inspections
- Support contract negotiations through to their conclusion
- Establish direct contact with (new) investors, collect search criteria and maintain database
- Maintain network (multipliers, municipalities, business development agencies, etc.)
WHAT WE NEED.
- Degree in real estate management and/or sound real estate management training and further education; chartered surveyor an advantage
- Extensive existing network of portfolio holders, investors and project developers
- Good knowledge of real estate valuation and investment appraisal
- A working style characterised by analytical ability and a result and client-focused approach
- Acquisition and negotiation skills, perseverance in pursuing business approaches, successfully closing contracts
- Very good verbal and written skills, both in German and English, additional foreign language skills an advantage
- Independent way of working in a team, combined with a high level of initiative
- Confident and convincing manner
