Let's start with our first deal: the successful brokerage of a commercial building on the historic Krämerbrücke in Erfurt, a prestigious UNESCO World Heritage Site. 

Under the leadership of Julian Petri from our Frankfurt office, this deal (with KOWO as buyer and Infabau as seller) was handled with aplomb.

This transaction not only confirms the unique significance of the property, but also our outstanding expertise in dealing with culturally valuable real estate. The Krämerbrücke, famous for its sophisticated arts and crafts shops and antiques, remains a central point of attraction in Erfurt and is a prime example of the successful preservation of historical heritage.
